BRINT Construction was started by Tim and Susan Byrom in 1985. In December of 1993 the company incorporated to become BRINT Construction, Inc.
To this day BRINT Construction continues to be family owned and operated. We have dedicated ourselves to the success of Bolivar Peninsula through our involvement in the community and our commitment to building the highest quality homes possible.
All of our homes are built to meet or exceed the Texas Windstorm Insurance Agency (TWIA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Galveston County’s specifications.
All of our homes are engineered, inspected and certified by FEMA and TWIA certified engineers.
