New Construction We have lots currently ready and available for new construction and they are all TWIA and FEMA insurable. We can also build on your lot which can include demolition of the existing structure, removal of all debris and preparation of the lot for new construction. Whether we are building on your lot or on one of ours, we will work closely with you to design the perfect custom home for you and your family to enjoy. Brint Construction, Inc. will take you through the entire home building process including design, engineering, permitting, construction, and financing (where applicable). All of our homes are engineered, inspected and certified by Aran and Franklin Engineering and are built to meet or exceed TWIA, FEMA and Galveston County’s building requirements.
