About Us Brint Construction was started by Tim and Susan Byrom in 1985. The company incorporated to become Brint Construction, Inc. in December of 1993. To this day it continues to be family owned and operated We have dedicated ourselves to the success of Bolivar Peninsula through our commitment to building the highest quality homes possible. As a result of this commitment, all of our homes are built to meet or exceed the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Galveston County’s Specifications. Additionally, all of our homes are engineered, inspected, and certified by Aran and Franklin Engineering. We have been registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC) since its inception and we remain in good standing with the TRCC. The strongest testament to our construction practices is the fact that 90% of our homes survived Hurricane Ike!
